Artist statement
Abstract Artist: Vaisa Haile
Besides this text lies a self portrait. I am an artist based in Philly. I work with resin to make games like chess, checker, traditional dice, DnD dice, and Mancala. I also make jars and coasters from resin as well. Other than resin, I am a photographer and digital artist. On the more traditional side, I also draw, sketch, and paint. I work with many mediums such as oils, gouache, watercolors, oil pastels, charcoals, pencils, acrylics, and even nail polish! Sometimes I paint on canvases, other times cardboard and wood.My styles vary from expressionism, impressionism, abstract, and more!
